SAP ECC CRM SRM ICH Portal Net weaver BO SAP Development and BASIS Infrastructure and covers all functional areas and industry verticals Learn more about our Technology Practice Work you ll do As a Senior Manager specializing in SAP Business Technology Platform BTP ABAP and SAPUI5 development you will lead complex SAP development projects driving innovation and delivering scalable solutions across client landscapes You will manage a team of developers design technical architectures and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals The role requires deep expertise in SAP BTP services custom ABAP programming and SAP Fiori UI5 application development To do this one must perform the following activities within the firm SAP Ui5 FIORI and Java Professional should have Should have worked in Java HTML Maintain awareness of SAP roadmap and emerging technologies to provide strategic advice to clients Technologies Node JS Puppeteer TypeScrip Lead SAP BTP ABAP and UI5 development projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives Architect design and develop SAP Fiori UI5 applications and custom ABAP solutions on both on-premise and cloud platforms Manage and mentor a team of SAP developers fostering technical excellence and career growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants architects and business stakeholders to deliver integrated SAP solutions Drive innovation by leveraging SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite SAP Extension Suite SAP Workflow and Cloud Foundry Ensure high-quality coding standards adherence to best practices and timely delivery of development milestones Oversee code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting to optimize SAP applications Lead efforts in continuous improvement adopting new SAP technologies tools and agile development methodologies Support pre-sales activities including solution demos proposal development and client workshops Qualifications Graduate degree Science or Engineering from premier institutes Strong communication skills written verbal Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP development including ABAP SAP Fiori UI5 and SAP BTP Robust expertise in SAP BTP services including SAP Cloud Platform SAP Integration Suite and related cloud-native development Proficient in custom ABAP programming and enhancements on SAP ECC and S 4HANA platforms Extensive experience in SAP Fiori UI5 application development including UI5 controls OData services and Fiori Elements Familiarity with SAP Gateway OData protocols and REST APIs Experience managing and mentoring development teams with a track record of delivering complex SAP solutions Knowledge of agile methodologies DevOps practices and SAP CI CD pipelines Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills Relevant SAP certifications e g SAP Certified Development Associate -
