Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating daily production activities on the factory floor The role ensures timely manufacturing of wooden sofas cots and other furniture items while maintaining high standards of quality and safety The supervisor will lead the production team track workflow and ensure targets are met Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across carpentry foaming and upholstery units Allocate tasks to workers based on the production plan and monitor their performance Ensure products are made as per design quality and delivery specifications Identify bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions to avoid delays Maintain discipline productivity and safety in the production unit Check availability of raw materials hardware and tools and coordinate with the store team Ensure that quality checks are performed during and after production Maintain Job Cards and Daily Reports Coordinate with Quality Dispatch and Maintenance teams for smooth operations Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma in Woodworking Mechanical or Furniture Manufacturing preferred 5 years of experience in a furniture manufacturing setup Strong understanding of woodworking processes joinery tools and production flow Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production layouts Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team of 10-30 workers Must be able to speak and understand Hindi fluently - to communicate with workers on the floor Knowledge of safety rules and factory compliance practices Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
