Job title Data Analytics Manager Location Hyderabad About the job Sanofi is a global life sciences company committed to improving access to healthcare and supporting the people we serve throughout the continuum of care Become a part of a dynamic multicultural global organization that is leading the change in digitalization through impactful data visualization As an experienced and strategic Data Analytics Manager lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies that support business decision-making and drive organizational growth In this role you will oversee the design and execution of data strategies manage analytics projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs translate them into analytical solutions ensuring timely accurate and high-quality insights The ideal candidate will be accountable and responsible for managing data projects guiding analysts and delivering data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making process Main responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements translate the business needs into technical specifications and understand data visualization needs Lead and mentor a team of analysts or BI developers Drive SLAs demand review and project estimation ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable Manage multiple projects ensuring timely deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely updates on ongoing initiatives Assign responsibilities effectively based on team members strengths and capacity Establish best practices and standards for data visualization development Address bottlenecks identify the workload priorities manage the tasks resources and ensure timely delivery Consider team feedback ideas concerns address interpersonal and work-related issues to perform at their best Ensure quality assurance data governance throughout the project delivery process Oversee development activities code reviews approvals UAT validations and production readiness Motivate and inspire team members provide structured feedback and recognize team efforts and achievements Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Able to Design and develop complex data models interactive dashboards report visualizations with advanced features ensuring fast loading times responsiveness even with large volume of datasets using organizational BI tools Identify bottlenecks and address data constraints to optimize reports dashboard performance Maintain compliance with internal policies applicable regulatory and security frameworks Maintain project documentation and perform audit checks to ensure team s development details are documented Take accountability for the results and performance of the team Coordinate the transition of ownership for maintenance and monitoring post-release Identify and suggest constructive solutions to address any gaps in the process fostering a culture of continuous improvement About you Candidate must possess master s or bachelor s degree in quantitative subjects computer science mathematics engineering statistics or science Advanced proficiency in data visualization -
