Job Title Barista - Planterie Cafe Location Panchsheel Park New Delhi Type Full time Working Hours 6 days week 10 00 AM - 8 PM About Planterie Planterie is a serene plant studio and cafe nestled in Vasant Kunj We serve as a space for people to pause connect with nature and enjoy honest coffee and clean simple food The cafe complements our curated plant retail and creative workshops making Planterie a destination for calm beauty and community About the Role As a Barista at Planterie you will be responsible not just for making coffee and creating a welcoming cafe experience You ll prepare beverages and simple cafe food like toasts and sandwiches interact with customers and keep the cafe space clean and peaceful Key Responsibilities Beverage Food Preparation Make consistent and high-quality espresso-based drinks hot and cold Prepare simple plated foods like toasties croissants and sandwiches Follow recipes portion sizes and presentation standards Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at all times during food prep Customer Interaction Greet guests warmly take orders at the counter and offer suggestions if asked Handle basic customer queries about food or drinks Maintain a calm and welcoming tone especially during rush hours Occasionally help with billing and packaging orders training will be provided Cafe Upkeep Set up and close the cafe counter daily refill milk clean machines stock cups etc Clean as you go keep the work area tools and counter tidy Ensure the refrigerator pantry and prep spaces are organized Alert manager when stock e g milk beans packaging is running low Who You Are 1-2 years of cafe or barista experience preferred freshers with the right attitude welcome Comfortable using an espresso machine grinder blender and basic kitchen tools Honest punctual and dependable someone who shows up and follows through Speaks Hindi fluently basic English for reading menus and interacting with customers Calm under pressure and mindful of quality even during busy hours Open to learning improving and supporting the team as needed What We Offer A calm green and inspiring workspace A warm team that values respect honesty and care Training and growth as we scale our cafe and brand A chance to be part of a growing plant cafe movement in Delhi Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
