Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R D Cosmetic Intern to join our product development team This internship offers hands-on experience in researching testing and formulating cosmetic products such as creams serums and facewashes The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in skincare and personal care innovation and be eager to work in a rapid-paced environment alongside formulation scientists marketing professionals and the supply chain team This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry exposure develop technical skills and contribute to exciting new product launches Key Responsibilities Assist in the research and development of cosmetic formulations including creams serums facewash and more Support in product testing quality checks and conducting stability studies Conduct market research and competitor analysis to contribute to new product development ideas Assist in regulatory and documentation tasks such as MSDS creation ingredient sourcing and compliance tracking Coordinate with the design packaging and marketing teams to support new product launches Prepare and organize presentations data sheets and assist in report generation for internal review Help maintain lab cleanliness and manage inventory especially for lab-based assignments Participate in production assistance and inventory management as required Candidate Profile Pursuing or completed B Sc M Sc in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Biotechnology or related fields Passionate about cosmetics skincare and personal care formulations Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients formulation techniques and safety standards Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong observational communication and documentation skills Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn within a collaborative environment What You Will Gain Practical hands-on exposure in cosmetic formulation and brand development Insight into industry standards formulation protocols and product development cycles Opportunity to work with formulation scientists marketing teams and supply chain professionals Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the internship period Job Type Internship Contract length 4 months Pay 8 000 24 - 12 951 75 per month Work Location In person
