Location Gurgaon India Work from Office Adventures Overland is India s leading award-winning luxury adventure travel company specializing in curated self-drive road trips across the globe We organize both fixed departure and tailor-made journeys enabling travelers to explore the world in custom-fitted 4x4 vehicles as part of a secure guided convoy About the Role We re looking for a Content Strategist Coordinator to be based out of our India office and work closely with our international teams This role is all about ensuring smooth coordination between the India HQ and global partners especially on content branding and marketing communication You ll be the go-to person sitting in India helping the international marketing teams get everything they need from brand assets and approvals to ideas and inputs while ensuring everything going out reflects Adventures Overland s brand standards What You ll Do 1 Act as the key contact point from the India office for international marketing and content teams 2 Share timely content brand material and creative inputs as required by global teams 3 Coordinate with internal teams in India design content operations etc to gather and deliver content 4 Review and help ensure all outgoing communication social media website emails etc aligns with Adventures Overland s brand tone quality and branding 5 Track timelines feedback loops and deliverables between India and international teams 6 Be flexible with work hours to match occasional meetings or coordination across time zones What We re Looking For 1 2-4 years of experience in content strategy brand communication or digital marketing 2 Excellent communication and coordination skills 3 Strong eye for brand tone voice and content quality 4 Proactive organized and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders 5 Well versed with meta google ads content strategy 6 Based in India and ready to work closely with international teams and partners Good to Have 1 Experience working with global teams or clients 2 Understanding of international audience sensibilities 3 Familiarity with tools like Google Drive Notion Trello Canva etc Why This Role Matters As Adventures Overland grows internationally this role ensures we stay true to who we are no matter where we go You ll help maintain consistency clarity and the Adventures Overland spirit in everything we put out while sitting right here at the heart of our India team Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Health insurance Life insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
