Job Summary We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across all relevant social media platforms This role is responsible for content creation community engagement performance tracking and staying ahead of social trends to drive traffic engagement and brand awareness Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategies across platforms e g Instagram Facebook TikTok X LinkedIn YouTube Create engaging high-quality content including posts reels stories videos and graphics Monitor respond to and engage with followers comments and messages in a timely manner Track performance metrics e g reach engagement conversions and adjust strategy accordingly Collaborate with marketing design and content teams to ensure brand consistency Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns Stay up to date on social media trends tools and best practices Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with digital marketing Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content UGC strategies Requirements 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends Experience with social media scheduling tools e g Hootsuite Buffer Later Familiarity with analytics tools e g Meta Insights Google Analytics Sprout Social Excellent writing editing and communication skills Basic design video editing skills e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut a plus Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred Preferred Skills Experience in industry e g hospitality travel real estate fashion Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles Creativity with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
