Job Objective To manage data reporting analysis and dashboarding for operational and financial metrics ensuring accurate and timely insights for management decision-making Key Responsibilities Collate clean and consolidate data from various departments sales collections stock purchase billing etc on a daily weekly monthly basis Prepare and maintain dashboards trackers and performance reports for business reviews Generate MIS reports like sales vs target outstanding receivables DOH stock movement OTIF etc Perform trend analysis and highlight key variances or business risks Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data inputs and resolution of mismatches Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas Power Query or macros Maintain data integrity and accuracy in centralized MIS systems Support ad hoc data requests and analysis from senior management Key Performance Indicators KPIs Timeliness and accuracy of daily weekly reports automation of manual reports Zero mismatch errors in key financial and operational reports Responsiveness to ad hoc analysis requests Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 29 985 85 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience Data analytics 3 years Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
