We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Shillong The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the accounting function ensuring compliance with statutory and internal financial policies Key Responsibilities Complete preparation and finalization of accounts Maintain general ledger and ensure timely entries of all financial transactions Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Handle statutory compliance including TDS GST and other returns Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of Tally GST TDS Excel and MIS reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision Job Type Full-time Advantages Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate East Khasi Hills Meghalaya Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 5 years Required Tally 4 years Required total work 5 years Required License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 08 2025
