Role Description The Website Manager is a full-time role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company website, including updating product listings, managing content, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory details.

The Website

Manager will coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to improve user experience, implement e-commerce best practices, and support online campaigns and promotions. Daily tasks include monitoring site performance, tracking key metrics, identifying issues, and working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical or content-related problems. The role also involves planning and executing small web projects, maintaining brand consistency, and suggesting improvements that enhance conversion and customer engagement.





Qualifications

- Strong Content Management skills, including experience updating product information, maintaining pages, and ensuring accurate, brand-aligned website copy.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and E-Commerce, with the ability to analyze traffic, conversion data, and user behavior to guide improvements and online sales strategies.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and cross-functional communication for website updates and small web initiatives.
- Fundamental Web Design understanding, with the ability to collaborate with designers or developers to optimize layout, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Familiarity with common CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in website or e-commerce management.
