Position Summary: A Web Developer (MERN Stack) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). This role requires proficiency in full-stack development, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies to deliver a smooth and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases into applications.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement RESTful services and API endpoints for dynamic functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance.

Qualifications And Skills

- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with database management and working with MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control using Git and GitHub.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
