Role Description The Web Developer and MERN Stack Developer will work full time on-site in Khargone, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, developing back-end services and APIs using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), and integrating front-end and back-end components for seamless performance.

The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and translating these into scalable technical solutions. The developer will debug issues, optimize application performance, and ensure security and reliability across web platforms.



The position also requires staying updated with best practices in web development and contributing to continuous improvement of development workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including responsive Web Design and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development, and database experience (preferably MongoDB).
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering full-stack implementation, integration of client and server components, and deployment of web applications.
- Candidates should possess strong Programming skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of UI/UX principles to support effective Web Design and user-friendly interfaces.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with testing and debugging tools, basic security best practices, and performance optimization will be advantageous.
