About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Wealth Management Executives to help individuals achieve their financial goals through appropriate investment and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for client advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients through effective financial advisory.

- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.

- Promote wealth management products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and other investment solutions.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely market updates.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records.

- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce,



Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

- NISM Certification (Preferred).

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities.

- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

- Sales orientation with a customer-centric approach.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Base CTC of ₹3,00,000 per annum.
