TAX GUIDER also provides comprehensive GST services, including registration, monthly and annual returns, and surrender, as well as company registration, ROC filings, and private limited incorporation.

Additional services include digital signatures (DSC), import and export code (IE Code), MSME registration, and related compliance support. The team focuses on minimizing tax burdens, maximizing savings, and delivering reliable, client-centered advisory services.

Role Description This is a full time on-site role based in Chennai for CA / CS Inter candidates and aspirants at TAX GUIDER. The role involves supporting tax consultants in preparing and reviewing income tax returns, TDS filings, GST returns, and related compliance documents. Daily responsibilities include assisting in accounting and bookkeeping, organizing financial records, and helping with tax audits and income tax notice management.

Team members will also contribute to company registration activities, ROC filings,



and documentation for GST and other regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with senior professionals, accurate data handling, and adherence to statutory deadlines while learning and applying relevant tax and corporate laws.

Qualifications CA Inter / CS Inter qualification or active pursuit of CA / CS, with a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and corporate law.

Practical knowledge of income tax, TDS, GST, and related compliance processes, including return filing and documentation.

Ability to maintain accurate books of accounts, support tax audits, and manage financial records systematically.

Familiarity with company registration procedures, ROC filings, and basic corporate compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/tax software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

High attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential data, and commitment to meeting statutory timelines.

Prior internship or practical exposure in tax consultancy, audit, or accounting firms is an advantage.
