We are looking for AR callers with experience in Behavioral health, Mental health & Psychiatry medical billing.

Position Details

Immediate Joiner preferred

AR Caller - (Behavioral Health) (PB / HB)

Location : OMR

Process : International voice process

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)

Transport: Two-way transport is available based on boundary limits.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility

- 1 to 4 years of AR Calling experience in Physician Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Billing (HB).
- Mandatory experience in Behavioral Health / Mental Health / Psychiatry Billing.
- Good understanding of US healthcare billing, claims, denials, and AR processes.




- Should be comfortable working Night shifts.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
