Job Summary

Vinayak Jewels India Private Limited is looking for an experienced WAX Supervisor to oversee the wax department and ensure high-quality wax model production. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of jewellery wax processes, excellent team management skills, and experience in maintaining production quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the Wax Department.
- Monitor wax injection, tree making, and wax finishing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize production defects.
- Train, guide, and supervise the wax production team.
- Coordinate with CAD, Casting, and Production departments for smooth workflow.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Eligibility





- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Wax Supervisor in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of wax injection, tree making, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and production planning efficiently.
