Position: Accountant

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilitie

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Manage GST invoicing, return filing coordination, and compliance
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and related documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and accounting statements in Advanced Excel
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good understanding of GST and TDS
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, reports, etc.)
- Positive analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
