About the Role

Shri Balaji Services, a Tata Motors Authorized Workshop, is looking for an experienced and responsible Warranty Incharge to manage warranty claims, documentation, and coordination with Tata Motors. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of automobile warranty processes, claim procedures, and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process Tata Motors warranty claims accurately and within defined timelines.

Verify warranty eligibility, repair orders, parts, and supporting documents before claim submission.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of warranty records.

Coordinate with workshop technicians, service advisors, parts department, and management for warranty-related matters.

Coordinate with Tata Motors representatives regarding claim approvals, rejections, clarifications, and audits.

Ensure compliance with Tata Motors warranty policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Monitor pending, approved, rejected, and settled warranty claims.

Identify discrepancies in claims and take corrective action.

Maintain accurate warranty-related reports and records.

Support warranty audits and ensure all required documentation is readily available.

Identify recurring vehicle/part issues and communicate relevant observations to the concerned team.

Ensure timely resolution of warranty-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications





Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warranty handling, preferably in an automobile dealership/workshop.

Experience with Tata Motors warranty processes will be preferred.

Good understanding of automobile systems, components, and repair procedures.

Strong knowledge of warranty terms, conditions, claim procedures, and documentation.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and computer applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to analyze warranty claims and identify discrepancies.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valuable organizational and record-maintenance skills.
