Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time in office role based in North Delhi, responsible for supporting smooth warehouse operations for 7Stars’ lifestyle products. Day-to-day tasks include receiving, unloading, and checking incoming shipments, organizing and packing orders accurately for dispatch, and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient storage areas.

The role involves assisting with inventory counting and stock rotation, operating basic warehouse equipment,



and preparing items for shipping in line with company standards.

The Warehouse

Specialist collaborates with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and helps uphold quality, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and accurately.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading to handle products safely and prepare orders for delivery.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control to track stock levels, support stock counts, and reduce discrepancies.
- Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and other basic warehouse tools in a safe and compliant manner.
- Attention to detail and reliability in handling products, labels, and documentation.
- Basic computer or handheld device skills for updating inventory records and order status.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and stack products as required.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on safety and adherence to warehouse procedures.
- Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce warehouse workplace is an advantage.
