Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Warehouse

Specialist will handle daily shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials and finished awards.

Responsibilities include packing and preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for efficient retrieval. The role involves operating basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and ensuring products are stored safely to prevent damage.

Specialist will collaborate with production and customer service teams to meet order timelines and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Unloading to manage incoming and outgoing materials efficiently.

Candidates should possess Packing skills to safely prepare custom awards and products for shipment.

Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to track stock, perform counts, and maintain accurate records.

Candidates should possess Pallet Jack operation skills to move materials and finished goods safely within the warehouse.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably handling fragile or high-value items.

Ability to lift and move packages, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent;

experience in manufacturing or custom production settings is an advantage.
