Job Summary

Arundhati Bandhakala is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and proper storage of handloom sarees, fabrics, and apparel. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of handloom products to prevent damage or quality issues.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, production, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Plan and supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and security procedures.




- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock ageing and minimize inventory losses or discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with transport partners for smooth dispatch and delivery schedules.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of stock auditing and inventory control procedures.
