Warehouse Executive – Solar EPC

Location: Aslali, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–6 Years

Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, material storage, and proper organization.
- Maintain records of incoming/outgoing materials in Excel, Zoho & CRM.
- Maintain complete records of material receipts, dispatches, transfers, and returns.
- Coordinate material dispatch to project sites and manage logistics.
- Handle Purchase Orders, E-Way Bills, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder materials when required.
- Basic knowledge of solar and electrical materials/components.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, and Site teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic arrangement of warehouse materials.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years of warehouse experience,
- Good knowledge of Excel, Zoho, CRM, inventory management & E-Way Bills.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Location: Aslali Warehouse, Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
