Job Title: Warehouse Inward Data Entry Operator

Department: Warehouse / Logistics

Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:

- Enter and update all inward material data in the system accurately and promptly.
- Cross-check received goods with purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and related inward documents.
- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for mismatched or pending entries.
- Maintain daily inward stock reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Support periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain data accuracy and proper filing of records.




- Assist warehouse staff in maintaining organized storage of materials.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inward/outward and inventory management processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
