Role Description The Warehouse Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kakori. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in an organized and timely manner.

The Warehouse

Incharge is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure efficient material flow. Daily tasks include supervising loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe operation of equipment, implementing housekeeping and safety standards, and conducting regular stock checks. The role also includes preparing basic reports, supporting audits,



and ensuring compliance with company procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to manage and monitor stock levels effectively.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end warehouse processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with other material-handling equipment to support safe and productive movement of goods.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including use of inventory or ERP systems, and the ability to prepare simple reports.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members, vendors, and transport partners.
- Prior experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles is preferred; a relevant diploma or graduate degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
