Job Title: MIS / PPC Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Production planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Coordination with production, purchase, stores, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Material planning and monitoring of raw material availability for production.
- Releasing raw material and consumable requirements to the purchase department and ensuring timely procurement.
- Inventory planning and control, including monitoring stock levels.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, and plant performance.
- Preparation of material information system (MIS) reports.
- Updating and maintaining PPC and store-related records and documentation.
- Monitoring non-moving and slow-moving inventory and submitting monthly reports to management.




- Vendor coordination for material availability and production requirements.
- Monitoring production progress and minimizing interruptions through effective planning.
- Assisting in operating budget planning and inventory optimization.
- Maintaining accurate production data in ERP/MIS systems.
- Coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Required Skills

- Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
