We are looking for a Warehouse Executive with experience in warehouse operations and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle loading and unloading of cargo/material.
- Arrange and supervise manpower for unloading, packing and loading.
- Prepare and manage daily dispatch planning.
- Supervise dispatch activities and ensure timely movement of materials.
- Prepare and maintain monthly stock details.
- Manage and support order booking.
- Prepare pick lists and assist in invoice creation.
- Maintain proper warehouse and stock records.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile




- 3–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, dispatch or billing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in warehouse and billing processes will be preferred.
