– SCM Executive (Entry Level)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SCM Executive to support our Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, good system knowledge, and be comfortable working with data, inventory, and logistics reports. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assistin day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, andlogisticscoordination.
- Prepare andmaintainMIS reports, inventory reports, and operational dashboards.
- Analysedata toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelymaterial movement and stock availability.
- Update andmaintainaccuraterecords in ERP systems.
- Support inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and order tracking.
- Ensuretimelydocumentation and reporting for SCM activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, orrelatedfield.
- 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
- Freshers with robust analytical skills and relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic data analysis).
