The Warehouse Co-ordinator - Logistics and Billing will play an essential role in supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics processes.

This position focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth movement of materials across business functions.

Accountabilities:

The Warehouse Co-ordinator - Logistics and Billing will support warehouse, shipping, and inventory activities while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

- Support daily warehouse and shipping operations, including order fulfillment, internal shipments, material receiving, packaging, and finished goods processing.
- Ensure shipment accuracy by maintaining proper documentation and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service partners.
- Receive incoming materials and route items to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process inventory transactions accurately through SAP and maintain updated system records.
- Support production requirements by preparing work orders and managing material movement.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly physical counts, data updates, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Generate regular operational reports, including inventory status, inbound/outbound reports, and dead stock analysis.
- Monitor warehouse expenses, identify variances, and support corrective actions to meet financial objectives.




- Implement cost reduction initiatives across warehouse transactions and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant logistics procedures, regulations, and business practices.
- Collaborate with logistics leadership and other teams to resolve warehouse-related issues.
- Participate in job rotations and business travel when required based on operational needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree or college qualification in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience managing warehouse activities, inventory processes, and shipment coordination.
- Preferred experience working with IT products or technology-related inventory environments.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good understanding of logistics regulations, operational procedures, and industry practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle warehouse-related challenges.
