Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure timely packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.

- Perform quality checks and verify products before dispatch.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth daily operations.

- Manage returns and ensure timely updates of returned products in the system.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock reconciliation activities.

- Ensure adherence to company processes and operational standards.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse and operations workplace.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or inventory operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,250.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
