About Closet Theory

Closet Theory is a premium personal styling service. We come to our members' homes, transform their wardrobes, and set them up on our app so getting dressed becomes effortless.

The role

As a Wardrobe Organizer, you're the first face of Closet Theory in a member's home. You'll declutter and organize their wardrobe into a beautiful, easy-to-use system, and help catalogue every piece into our app leaving both the space and the member delighted.

What you'll do

- Organize and transform members' wardrobes to the Closet Theory standard
- Catalogue and photograph each piece for the member's digital wardrobe
- Be warm, qualified, and discreet in members' homes
- Work as part of a small on-ground team, led by your Team Lead

Who you are




- Naturally organized and detail-oriented — you love creating order
- Warm, presentable, and discreet
- Reliable and punctual, and happy to travel to members across the city
- No prior experience needed — we train and certify you. A background in organizing, styling, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
