Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Management: Oversee daily vehicle dispatches, trip scheduling, and route tracking for inbound and outbound factory goods.
- Loading & Unloading: Monitor warehouse dock activities to ensure safe, timely loading and stacking of products.
- Driver Coordination: Assign routes, brief drivers on safety procedures, and track transport metrics or GPS updates.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor routine servicing, fuel usage, and breakdown repairs for commercial vehicles.
- Documentation: Maintain trip sheets, delivery challans, stock dispatch logs, and daily transit reports
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (10th/12th passes with hands-on experience are also widely accepted).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in factory dispatch, transport coordination, or warehouse logistics.
- Skills: Route planning, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), local route familiarity in Chennai, and team handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
