मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ

- नर्सिंग स्टाफ एवं चिकित्सकों को रोगियों की देखभाल में आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करना।
- रोगियों को सुरक्षित रूप से वार्ड, आईसीयू, ऑपरेशन थिएटर (OT), डायग्नोस्टिक विभाग एवं अन्य इकाइयों तक ले जाना।
- रोगियों को नहलाने, कपड़े बदलवाने, भोजन कराने, चलने-फिरने एवं दैनिक गतिविधियों में आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करना।
- वार्ड, रोगी कक्ष, बेड एवं आसपास के क्षेत्र की स्वच्छता एवं व्यवस्थित व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
- व्हीलचेयर, स्ट्रेचर, बेड एवं अन्य उपकरणों की साफ-सफाई एवं उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।
- लैब सैंपल, दवाइयाँ, मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री को संबंधित विभागों तक पहुँचाना।
- रोगियों के भर्ती (Admission), स्थानांतरण (Shifting) एवं डिस्चार्ज प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करना।
- रोगी की स्थिति में किसी भी असामान्य परिवर्तन या आपातकालीन स्थिति की तत्काल सूचना नर्सिंग स्टाफ को देना।




- अस्पताल की संक्रमण नियंत्रण (Infection Control) एवं जैव-चिकित्सा अपशिष्ट (Biomedical Waste) प्रबंधन संबंधी सभी नियमों का पालन करना।
- आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में चिकित्सकीय टीम का सहयोग करना।
- रोगियों एवं उनके परिजनों के साथ विनम्र, सम्मानजनक एवं सहयोगपूर्ण व्यवहार करना।
- रोगियों की गोपनीय जानकारी एवं अस्पताल के रिकॉर्ड की गोपनीयता बनाए रखना।
- वार्ड इंचार्ज, नर्सिंग सुपरिटेंडेंट अथवा अस्पताल प्रबंधन द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य कार्यों का समय पर एवं जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक निष्पादन करना।

योग्यता

- न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं / 12वीं उत्तीर्ण।
- जीडीए (General Duty Assistant) का प्रमाणपत्र रखने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- अस्पताल या स्वास्थ्य संस्थान में कार्य का अनुभव वांछनीय है।
- इच्छुक एवं सीखने के लिए तत्पर फ्रेशर उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Shri Sai Hospital is committed to delivering quality healthcare with compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate Ward Boys/Ward Girls to support our nursing and medical teams in providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist nurses and doctors in providing basic patient care and support.
- Safely transfer patients between wards, OT, ICU, diagnostic departments, and other hospital units.
- Help patients with mobility, positioning, bathing, feeding, and other daily activities as instructed by the nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of patient rooms, wards, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure beds, wheelchairs, stretchers, and other patient care equipment are clean and readily available.
- Transport laboratory samples, medical records, medicines, and other hospital materials as required.
- Assist in admitting, shifting, and discharging patients.
- Promptly report any changes in patient condition or emergencies to the nursing staff.
- Support infection prevention and control practices by following hospital hygiene and safety protocols.
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
- Assist during emergencies, disaster situations, and patient evacuation when required.
- Provide courteous and respectful assistance to patients and their attendants.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing Superintendent, Ward In-Charge, or Hospital Management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- GDA (General Duty Assistant) certification will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is desirable.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
