- Sales Consultant Travel & Tourism
- Sales Consultant Visa Services
- Sales Consultant Insurance (B2C)
- Sales Consultant Insurance (B2B)

Candidates will be considered for the role best suited to their experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through inbound/outbound leads, telesales and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel, visa or insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.




- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Adaptable, proactive and result-oriented.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1- 5 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Visa, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality or any customer-facing sales role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and a passion for sales may also apply (if applicable).
