- Handle outbound calls to customers, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process customer requests, address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
