- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in teaching and school administration, preferably in a reputed CBSE school.

- Proven leadership experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, norms, academic planning, assessment, and school administration.

- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.

- Ability to build and lead a strong team of teachers and administrative staff.

- Strong understanding of modern pedagogy, technology-enabled learning, student development, and parent engagement.

- Ability to establish effective academic, administrative, discipline, and operational systems for a new school.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the school.





- Establish the school's vision, mission, values, academic culture, and operational systems.

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of teachers and staff.

- Lead curriculum planning, academic monitoring, assessments, examinations, and student progress.

- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE guidelines and school policies.

- Promote a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and child-centric learning environment.

- Build solid relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider community.

- Drive academic excellence and continuous improvement across the institution.

- Work closely with the management to successfully establish and develop the new school.
