We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our residential plot projects, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Explain plot projects, location, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and build robust relationships with clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English and local languages.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
