Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technical Product Owner (Azure) on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

The position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. It is suited for professionals with strong privacy, audit, and risk management experience who can contribute to secure and compliant technology delivery.

Role & responsibilities

- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Azure platforms and services, aligned with business and technology strategies.

- Translate business needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories, maintaining a prioritized and transparent product backlog.

• Own AI use case identification and intake on Azure, partnering with business and technology leaders to build and prioritize a portfolio of AI-enabled capabilities aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Define and evolve the AI product strategy and roadmap for Azure, including generative AI, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions built on Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Studio.
- Drive AI business value realization through clear success metrics, adoption tracking, and ROI reporting for each AI product on the roadmap.
- Partner with security, legal, and risk teams to embed AI governance,



responsible AI, and compliance requirements (data privacy, model risk, human-in-the-loop controls) into the backlog and acceptance criteria. • Track and report AI adoption metrics (active users, use case maturity, productivity impact, cost per inference) and use these insights to reprioritize the backlog.

• Prioritize AI-enabled capabilities against traditional platform work, balancing foundational cloud investments with high-value AI opportunities.
- Partner with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure Azure solutions meet standards for reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clarity of acceptance criteria and value delivery.
- Act as the primary business liaison, balancing stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and trade-offs to maximize outcomes.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement and value realization.
- Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives, including migration, optimization, and platform enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred.
- Experience and Skills: • Required:
- 4+ years of experience in IT product ownership,



cloud platform management, product management, or business systems analysis.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., compute, storage, networking, identity, DevOps) and cloud delivery models.
- Hands-on familiarity with Azure AI and platform tooling, including: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, Azure Container Apps, Azure Deployment Environments, AI Agents frameworks, GitHub Copilot, and ServiceNow (for AI product intake and adoption tracking). • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating daily with development and platform teams.
- Proven business acumen to prioritize work based on value, risk, and dependencies while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Solid communication and leadership skills, influencing without authority and facilitating alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms in regulated or global environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Prior experience working with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to product management best practices.
- Other:
- Language: Proficiency in English required.
- Travel: Up to 10–15% international travel, as needed. • Certifications: Azure or Agile-related certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator, SAFe, Scrum Product Owner). Azure AI or Generative AI credentials strongly preferred.
