Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end tendering activities for Defence, Aerospace, and PSU RFQs through GeM, CPPP, and OEM portals.

- Perform techno-commercial evaluation of tenders, including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and commercial terms.

- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, compliance statements, and BOM alignments.

- Support price bid preparation and risk assessment for tender submissions.

- Coordinate pre-bid, bid submission, and post-award activities, including technical clarifications, documentation, dispatch planning, and payment follow-ups.

- Identify business opportunities and support lead generation activities across Defence, Aerospace, PSUs, and R&D; organizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful bid execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government tendering processes.

- Understanding of techno-commercial bid preparation and contract execution.

- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documents.

- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
