Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and network devices.

- Provide technical support for desktop engineering and troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software.

- Ensure timely deployment of new systems and services by coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and fault tree analysis (FTA).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority incidents affecting business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in system administration or a related field.

- Robust understanding of IT infrastructure management principles, including server installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring.

- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory setup/configuration/maintenance/troubleshooting.
