Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The Site Engineer will ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure proper execution of work.
- Check measurements, levels, alignments, and dimensions of construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, material records, and other required documentation.
- Inspect materials delivered to the site and ensure they meet approved specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and assist with inventory management.




- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.
- Follow and enforce site safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report defects, delays, or deviations.
- Assist with quantity estimation, billing measurements, and preparation of work-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, measurements, inspections, and site instructions.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant site/construction experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant construction software.

Additional Requirement

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
