Lucknow's most prime locations. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Title

Senior Sales Executive (Female)

Experience

Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a reputed real estate company in

Lucknow.

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

¢ Generate and convert sales leads into bookings.

¢ Attend walk-in customers and conduct project presentations.

¢ Explain project details, commercial offerings, pricing, payment plans, and investment advantages.

¢ Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective customers.

¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

¢ Maintain customer data and CRM records.





¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

¢ Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

¢ Strong conceptual understanding of real estate sales and commercial property.

¢ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

¢ Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

¢ Target-driven with the ability to work independently.

¢ Good knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market will be preferred.
