Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Gurugram team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable real estate investment opportunities, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital leads, and channel partners.
- Understand clients’ investment requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential to clients.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate customer information and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, CRM, legal, and project teams for smooth closure.
- Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, competitors, and pricing.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market will be an advantage.
