Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technical Product Owner, AWS on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their current India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

The position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. It is suited for professionals with strong privacy, audit, and risk management experience who can contribute to secure and compliant technology delivery.

Role & responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AWS-based platforms and services, ensuring alignment IT and business strategies.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective AWS solutions.
- Own AI use case identification and intake on AWS, working with business partners to shape a prioritized portfolio of generative AI and agentic use cases built on Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon SageMaker.

Define the AI product strategy and roadmap for AWS, sequencing foundation model selection, RAG patterns, and AI agent deployments against business value and risk.
- Drive AI business value realization by defining KPIs (adoption, productivity uplift, cost avoidance, revenue impact) and reporting outcomes to sponsors and leadership.
- Embed AI governance and responsible AI controls into the backlog,



partnering with security, privacy, and compliance teams on model risk, data lineage, and human oversight requirements.
- Track AI adoption metrics across use cases and use insights to continuously reprioritize the backlog and retire low-value experiments.
- Prioritize AI-enabled capabilities alongside core AWS platform work, ensuring the roadmap balances foundational cloud investments with high-impact AI delivery.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, risk, technical dependencies, and resource capacity.
- Ensure AWS services adhere to enterprise standards for security, compliance, resilience, and data protection.
- Monitor product performance, reliability, and cost metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support agile ceremonies and ways of working, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

- Education
- Bachelors degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience and Skills
- Required:
- 4+ years of experience in technology product ownership, cloud platform management, product management, or equivalent IT delivery roles.
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS AI and platform tooling, including: Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Amazon SageMaker (LLM hosting), Amazon CodeWhisperer, AWS AppConfig, AWS Proton, AI Agents frameworks,



and ServiceNow (for AI product intake and adoption tracking).
- Strong technical skills in AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, networking, monitoring), including understanding of cloud architectures and service dependencies. Proven business skills in translating business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and value-driven roadmaps.
- Experience working in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to lead backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing operational, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise cloud environments.
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise platforms in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
- Experience defining and delivering generative AI or agentic AI products on AWS, including RAG architectures and LLM-backed applications.
- Knowledge of FinOps practices, including cloud cost optimization and usage transparency.
- Experience partnering with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation concepts.
- AWS or cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Product-focused credentials).
- Other:
