Role Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and explain product features
- Guide customers through onboarding and product usage
- Coordinate with technical and support teams
- Build strong customer relationships
- Gather client feedback and help improve product experience
- Conduct product demos and presentations
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of mobile/web applications
- Ability to work independently and with teams (sometimes travel is required)
- Prior experience in SaaS, AgriTech, FinTech, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Education:
- Any stream Graduation / Post Graduation / BE / B.Tech
