The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring effective receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse space, ensuring safety compliance, and leading warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

- Coordinate timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.





- Ensure all shipments are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

- Enforce compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth material flow.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
