Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining pricing, finance, and insurance options, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert sales leads to meet monthly targets.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and prepare quotations.
- Explain financing, insurance, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent service and post-sale support.
- Stay informed about new models, competitor offerings, and market trends.




- Participate in dealership promotions, events, and field marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred; 13 years of sales experience (automobile sales preferred). Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, presentation, and computer skills, with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. A valid driving license is preferred.

KPIs & Perks:

Performance is measured through sales achievement, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, CRM accuracy, and repeat business. Compensation includes a fixed salary, sales incentives, performance bonuses, and other benefits as per dealership policy.
