ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Check the daily production plan
- check the raw material quantity and quality as for plan

- Arrange the required tools (like bin, ethanol bottle, glue bottle etc.)

- Check the machine condition

- Check the operators attendance

- Allocate the process to operator

- Discus the abnormalities with group leader

- Check and maintain the hourly production

- Teach the safety & 7S to operators

- Update the daily production report, NG report

- Fill the check list

- Check the quality problems and analyse the root cause for it

- Complete the production plan with in time.

- At shift end check the 7S

- Communicate the shift problem and other things with opposite shift line leaders

- Take the meeting to operator and discussing about the today problems





- Return the all-excess material to WIP

- Conduct the Training to new operators

- Multiskilling the old operators

- Attend the weekly meeting and discus the problems with group leader and line leaders

- Fill the weekly, check list

- Check scrap rate, and improve

- Fill the monthly check list
