Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and execute utility-scale solar power projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ground-mounted solar PV systems, Mega Watts -scale solar projects, and hands on experience PM KUSUM projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, site coordination, and timely completion of solar installations.

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or B.Tech Civil Engineering OR

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project execution.

- Hands-on experience in MW-scale (Mega Watt) solar projects.
- Experience in PM KUSUM solar projects is mandatory.
- Strong experience in ground-mounted solar power plant installation.

- Experience in site execution, commissioning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute ground-mounted solar projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Ensure project completion within schedule and budget.




- Monitor civil, structural, and electrical installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Coordinate material planning, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Resolve technical issues at the project site.

- Ensure adherence to PM KUSUM and other applicable project specifications.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV systems and project execution.
- Ability to read electrical and civil drawings.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in utility-scale solar power plants.
- Experience handling multiple project sites.
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and site management.
