PROFILE- AR CALLER/ PROCESS ASSOCIATE/ CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to the US to check claim status
- Handling insurance denials and verifying patient eligibility
- Following up with insurance companies
- Meeting set productivity and quality benchmarks

Work Schedule & Facilities

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
- Facilities Provided: Cab & meals

SALARY- 16000 TO 20000 (IN HAND)

CTC- 20000 TO 24000

REQUIRED- CANDIDATES WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

FRESHER GRADUATES CAN APPLY

UNDERGRADUATE WITH 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY
