Responsibilities

1. Coordinate delivery schedules, assign drivers, and optimize routes using software.
2. Monitor real-time delivery status, track KPIs, and prepare daily/weekly operational (MIS) reports.
3. Resolve delivery issues, customer complaints, and RTO/NDR (Return to Origin/Non-Delivery Report) cases.
4. Ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and maintain service center operations.
5. Liaise between customers, drivers, and internal teams (Hub/Warehouse).
6. Manage the Proof of Delivery process.
7. Identify and fix operational gaps within the losses and supply chain processes.
8. Problem-solving related to operational challenges.

Requirements:
1. Graduate degree,



often with 1-2+ years of relevant logistics/supply chain experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, logistics software and communication skills - Mandatory
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle a team
4. Knowledge of Vendor Management

Location & Work Mode: Hyderabad , On-Field Role (extensive local travel required).
